Internally the apartment has large open plan living/dining area.  It is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, with a leather and fabric 'L' shape sofa, a double sofa bed and various side tables. 
There is a 42" Panasonic Viera HD TV with matching DVD player, an impressive surround system and a Playstation 3 with games.  There is a patio door which leads out to a decked patio area, ideal for eating at fresco.
The master bedroom features a double bed and a door to the en-suite bathroom.  Storage is provided by a double wardrobe and 5 drawer chest, with an LCD TV on top.
There are two bedside cabinets with touch-dimmable lamps.  The en-suite bathroom features designer fixtures complete with bath, basin, bidet, toilet, mirror and heated towel rail.  It is fully tiled with under floor heating.
The parking area is accessed via the drive past the main building at the back of The Vista houses.
The second bedroom has twin beds with under bed storage, individual bedside cabinets and touch-dimmable lamps with hanging space provided.
There is also separate full tiled shower room features a large shower cubicle with power shower, basin, toilet and mirror.
A cupboard in the hallway houses a washing machine and separate dryer to complete  this beautifully appointed apartment.
